The entranceway to our homes separates us from public life to our private world. We frequently change our appearance and behavior as we transition through this threshold. A visual cue, outside or in, at your door may help us thrive and live our best selves.

You may consider

Something from nature

A written word or quote

A photograph or piece of art

A talisman like a horseshoe, bell, statue, or mirror

Rituals and Beliefs belong to all of us.

Let's embody them.

How much do you know about your nose? While I knew that breathing through the nose during yoga was essential, I had no idea its importance for the rest of my life.

Then;

I read this book.

I told everyone about it.

I taped my mouth.

I reintroduced pranayama practice.

I frequently check that I am breathing

through both nostrils.

I chewed longer.

I stopped talking so much.

Hear him via podcast if the book seems an arduous task

In 2020 with Joe Rogan and more recently

with Elise Loehnen.

Thank you, Mr. Nester.

Restorative Yoga

After the birth of my twins, Supta Baddha Konasana saved my mental health and physical body. This posture, and others from the Restorative Yoga tradition, rejuvenates, restores, and nurtures us so much.

I collaborated with my talented friend Scott Davis to share our love and knowledge of this powerful practice in a Yoga Deck.

Meditating daily. It's hard.
