Jamari Espresso House
I created this coffee house in the Fall of 2018 to complement my movement studio. We feature top-quality espresso, organic tea, bone broth, mushroom teas, elixirs, smoothies, raw chocolate, energy balls, daily soup, daily sandwiches, platform seating, a small shop with super cool finds and live music every Sunday afternoon! We are included in all the lists of the top cafes in Ottawa and have the best barista hosts you'll find. Starting in March we will be open late serving up organic wine, beer, and tapas.

It is impossible to summarize my experience in a few words or perhaps words at all. I learned that Yoga is much more than simply a set of physical arrangement, that it can open physical and emotional areas that previously have been dormant – by no means always pleasant but, if one is open in attitude, it is immensely rewarding, they were never simply picturesque experiences, but made one feel closer + more intimate to the environment.
