Matcha Pear Smoothie


Matcha Pear Smoothie Recipe

I love matcha and can't get enough of it.

Store it in the fridge, and don't drink it too late in the day, as it's got a kick.

  • 1/2 of a big pear or one whole small pear
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • Nub of ginger
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1tsp matcha powder
  • One single leaf of kale
  • Splash of vanilla
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup
  • Choice of milk alternative or coconut water

Mix it up in a blender, take a seat, drink
