Matcha Pear Smoothie Recipe
I love matcha and can't get enough of it.
Store it in the fridge, and don't drink it too late in the day, as it's got a kick.
- 1/2 of a big pear or one whole small pear
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- Nub of ginger
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1tsp matcha powder
- One single leaf of kale
- Splash of vanilla
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- Choice of milk alternative or coconut water
Mix it up in a blender, take a seat, drink
