Meg Smaker's story particularly moved me when she shared it with Sam Harris on his podcast Making Sense. While I have not seen the film, her backstory is complete idiocracy.
While Cancel Culture has meant that some influential people with outrageous behavior have been held accountable, it has also meant that people like Meg have been unnecessarily and adversely affected. Public humiliation on social media without fully understanding a person and/or the story is never a path forward. We must keep talking
