Why it matters 

Joining millions and millions of people around the world with insomnia, I am always looking for new ideas and the latest research to help me get a good nights sleep. I'm now an evening cannabis spray user in combination with a magnesium supplement which is going pretty well. What I loved about Sara's book though is she suggests we start thinking about sleep as soon as we rise. How do we structure our day? Do we nap? When do we move our bodies and how? Its a rich book that seems to cover all areas of sleep, and she even mentions by main man James Nestor!
